About the role

Join Jackson Therapy Partners as a traveling Physical Therapist where you’ll help patients recover from injuries and manage chronic conditions while experiencing life in a new location.

Responsibilities

  • Assess patient needs and develop treatment plans
  • Provide hands-on physical therapy to patients in various settings
  • Document progress and communicate with other healthcare providers
  • Adapt treatment plans based on patient feedback and outcomes

Requirements

  • Bachelor's, Master's or Doctoral Degree in Physical Therapy from accredited schools approved by the APTA
  • Active State License is Required to Start the Assignment
  • BLS Certification May Be Required from AHA or AREDuring assignments
  • Home Health experience required

Assignment Details

  • Shift Hours: 8:00 AM - 4:00 PM or 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM
  • Scheduled Hours: 40 hours per week
  • Weekend requirements: As needed
