Responsibilities

• Help patients recover from injuries and manage chronic conditions.
• Work with geriatric populations and common SNF diagnoses.
• Develop treatment plans and document progress in electronic medical records.
• Manage caseloads and provide care in a skilled nursing facility setting.

Requirements

• Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctoral degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program approved by the APTA.
• Active New Jersey Physical Therapy license required to start the assignment.
• BLS certification from AHA or ARC may be required.
• Experience working in a skilled nursing facility or post-acute care setting preferred.
• Previous experience managing caseloads, developing treatment plans, and documenting progress in electronic medical records preferred.
• Ability to work with geriatric populations and common SNF diagnoses preferred.

Qualifications
