About the role

Join Jackson Therapy Partners as a traveling Physical Therapist where you’ll help patients recover from injuries and manage chronic conditions while experiencing life in a new location.

Responsibilities

  • Help patients recover from injuries and manage chronic conditions
  • Work with a patient population of Outpatient Orthopedics
  • Accept assignments as a First Time Traveler
  • Meet a productivity expectation of 60 visits per week
  • See 12-14 patients per day
  • Double-book follow-up visits as needed
  • Must have an Occupational Therapy (OT) approval from the director before working any OT hours

Requirements

  • Minimum Requirements: Bachelor's, Master's or Doctoral Degree in Physical Therapy from accredited schools approved by the APTA
  • Active State License is Required to Start the Assignment
  • BLS Certification may be required from AHA or ARC

Qualifications

  • New Graduates are accepted

Skills

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Knowledge of physical therapy techniques and patient care protocols
