Responsibilities
- Help patients recover from injuries and manage chronic conditions.
- Experience providing skilled therapy in residential or long-term care settings preferred.
- Document in electronic medical records and manage caseloads typical of SNF environments.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s, Master’s, or Doctoral degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program approved by the APTA.
- Active Connecticut physical therapy license required to start the assignment.
- BLS certification required from the American Heart Association or American Red Cross.
- Minimum 1 year of professional experience in a skilled nursing facility (SNF) setting.
- Ability to work a 5x8 schedule.
Qualifications
- Completed Connecticut fingerprinting and background screening as required by state regulations.
Skills
- Experience documenting in electronic medical records.
- Managing caseloads typical of SNF environments.

Pay
Guaranteed Hours: 32–35 hours per week (client specifies a 32-hour guarantee; VMS indicates 35 guaranteed hours).

Shift Name: Days.
Shift Details: Monday through Friday, 08:30–16:30.
