Physical Therapist - Travel Contract

About the role

Join our team as a traveling Physical Therapist in Lexington, KY where you will help patients recover from injuries and manage chronic conditions while experiencing a new location.

Responsibilities

• Help patients recover from injuries and manage chronic conditions in outpatient settings focusing on pelvic health, general orthopedics, post-operative care, vestibular, and gait/balance therapy.
• Experience treating pelvic health, general orthopedics, post-op patients, vestibular disorders, and gait/balance is preferred.
• Ability to meet productivity expectations of approximately 60 visits per week and to see 12–14 patients per day; follow-up double-booking expected.
• Ability and willingness to float to other clinics as needed.

Requirements

• Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctoral degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program approved by the APTA.
• Active Kentucky state physical therapy license required to start the assignment.
• BLS certification from AHA or ARC may be required.
• Outpatient experience preferred.
• Must not be a new graduate.
• First-time travelers are acceptable.
• Experience working in multi-clinic systems and willingness to float between clinics when required.

Preferred Qualifications

• Prior outpatient clinic experience with similar patient populations.
