About the role

Join Jackson Therapy Partners as a traveling Physical Therapist where you’ll help patients recover from injuries and manage chronic conditions while experiencing life in a new location.

• Experience life in a new location

Requirements

• Bachelor's, Master's or Doctoral Degree in Physical Therapy from accredited schools approved by the APTA
• Active State License is Required to Start the Assignment
• BLS Certification May Be Required from AHA or ARED
• Home Health experience required
• Experience with Home Care Home Base required

Assignment Details

• Schedule: M-F
• On-call: None
• Coverage area includes Livonia and the Downriver area
• Travel may be required within an hour radius based on patient referrals
• Productivity expectation: 30 points per week
