About the role

Join Jackson Therapy Partners as a traveling Physical Therapist where you’ll help patients recover from injuries and manage chronic conditions while experiencing life in a new location.

Responsibilities

  • PT evaluations
  • Reassessments
  • Start of care visits for home health patients
  • Treatment visits as needed
  • Mileage reimbursement between visits

Requirements

  • Bachelor's, Master's or Doctoral Degree in Physical Therapy from accredited schools approved by the APTA
  • Active State License is Required to Start the Assignment
  • BLS Certification May Be Required from AHA or AHA
  • Home health experience
  • HCHB experience
  • PT license in the state of ARC
  • PR certification

  • Bachelor's Degree

  • Hours: 8:00am - 4:30pm
  • Days: Monday - Friday
  • No weekend requirement
