Physical Therapist - Travel Contract

About the role

Join Jackson Therapy Partners as a traveling Physical Therapist where you’ll help patients recover from injuries and manage chronic conditions while experiencing life in a new location.

Responsibilities

• Provide physical therapy services to patients in skilled nursing facilities.
• Assess patient needs and develop treatment plans to improve mobility and function.
• Document progress and communicate with healthcare providers to ensure continuity of care.
• Adapt treatment methods to meet individual patient needs and preferences.

Requirements

• Bachelor's, Master's or Doctoral Degree in Physical Therapy from accredited schools approved by the APTA
• Active State License is Required to Start the Assignment
• BLS Certification May Be Required from AHA or ARC
• 88% PCT Requirement for this position

Qualifications

• Experience in providing physical therapy services
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Passion for making a difference in people's lives
