Physical Therapist - Travel Contract

About the role

Join Jackson Therapy Partners as a traveling Physical Therapist where you’ll help patients recover from injuries and manage chronic conditions while experiencing life in a new location.

Responsibilities

• Help patients recover from injuries and manage chronic conditions
• Experience life in a new location
• Shift hours: 8:00am - 4:30pm
• Scheduled days: Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday, Friday
• Open to a 4x10 schedule
• Two evenings per week may extend until 7:30pm
• EMR: Raintree
• Patient population includes spinal disorders, post-surgical conditions, shoulder impingement, impaired balance, and athletic injuries
• Three HealthStream modules will be assigned prior to start and must be completed prior to start

Requirements

• Bachelor's, Master's or Doctoral Degree in Physical Therapy from accredited schools approved by the APTA
• Active State License is Required to Start the Assignment
• BLS Certification May Be Required from AHA or ARC
• At least 3 months of outpatient experience or 1 year of PT experience in other settings
• Must be open to working 2 evenings per week until 7:30pm
• New graduates not accepted
