About the role
Join Jackson Therapy Partners as a traveling Physical Therapist where you’ll help patients recover from injuries and manage chronic conditions while experiencing life in a new location.
Responsibilities
- Help patients recover from injuries and manage chronic conditions.
- Coverage of Fayette County and Nicholas County geographic areas.
- Reliable transportation required for travel between patient visits.
- Willingness to participate in on-call rotation as call responsibilities decrease with additional PT staff.
- Maintain required professional credentials throughout assignment.
- Dress code: Navy blue scrubs.
Requirements
- Bachelor's, Master's or Doctoral Degree in Physical Therapy from accredited schools approved by the APTA.
- Minimum education requirement: Master's preferred by client.
- Active West Virginia Physical Therapist license required to start the assignment.
- BLS Certification may be required from AHA or ARC.
- Previous home health experience preferred.
- Ability to cover Fayette County and Nicholas County geographic areas.
- Reliable transportation required for travel between patient visits.

Schedule
Days 0800-1600. Weekly Hours: 32 hours per week guarantee.
