About the role

Join our travel team as a Physical Therapist in Indian Land, SC, where you will help patients recover from injuries and manage chronic conditions while experiencing life in a new location. Outpatient orthopedic experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Deliver hands-on treatment
  • Develop individualized care plans
  • Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to improve patient outcomes

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s, Master’s, or Doctoral degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program approved by the APTA
  • Active South Carolina physical therapy license required to start the assignment
  • BLS certification from AHA or ARC may be required
  • Experience in outpatient orthopedics preferred and highly relevant to this role
  • Must not be a new graduate
  • Candidates must have prior travel assignment experience; first-time travelers will not be accepted
  • PT only. PTA candidates will not be accepted
  • Able to meet productivity expectations: approximately 60 visits per week, seeing 12–14 patients per day with follow-up double-booking expected
  • Availability to work a guaranteed 36 hours per week with expectation to work up to 40 hours
  • Any overtime must be approved by the director before being worked

Preferred Qualifications

  • Prior outpatient experience treating orthopedic patient population

  • Guaranteed 36 hours per week with expectation to work up to 40 hours
  • Productivity expectation: 60 visits per week; typically 12–14 patients per day; follow-up double-booking expected
  • OT must be approved by the director before working overtime
  • Candidate is not expected to float to other clinics
