About the role
Join as a traveling Physical Therapist in Lakewood, NJ at a skilled nursing facility where you will help patients recover from injuries and manage chronic conditions while experiencing life in a new location.
Responsibilities
- Help patients recover from injuries and manage chronic conditions.
- Work 5x8 schedule providing skilled PT services consistent with SNF standards.
- Document services using electronic medical records.
Requirements
- Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctoral degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program approved by the APTA.
- Active New Jersey Physical Therapy license required to start the assignment.
- BLS (Basic Life Support) certification from AHA or ARC may be required.
- Experience working in skilled nursing facility settings preferred.

Schedule
Days 08:30–16:30, 5 days per week, 8-hour shifts.
