Join as a traveling Physical Therapist where you will help patients recover from injuries and manage chronic conditions while experiencing life in a new location.

Responsibilities

• Experience providing care in a long-term care or skilled nursing environment.
• Experience with common SNF documentation systems and standards.

Requirements

• Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctoral degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program.
• Active Connecticut Physical Therapy license required to start the assignment.
• BLS certification from AHA or ARC may be required.
• Professional skilled nursing facility (SNF) experience required.
• Experience with common SNF documentation systems and standards preferred.

Schedule

Monday through Friday, 08:30–16:30. Meal Break: 30 minutes.

Assignment Details

• Facility Type: Skilled Nursing Facility.
• Shift Name: Days.
• Shift Details: Monday through Friday, 08:30–16:30.
• Meal Break: 30 minutes.
• Contract Length: 13 weeks.
• Candidate may be required to float to other facility locations as needed.
