About the role

Join Jackson Therapy Partners as a traveling Physical Therapist where you’ll help patients recover from injuries and manage chronic conditions while experiencing life in a new location.

Responsibilities

  • Work up to 40 hours per week
  • Float to other clinics
  • See patients ranging from retirement age to high school age
  • Expect 60 visits per week and 12-14 patients per day
  • Double-booking of follow-up visits expected
  • Overtime must be approved by director

Requirements

  • Bachelor's, Master's or Doctoral Degree in Physical Therapy from accredited schools approved by the APTA
  • Active State License is Required to Start the Assignment
  • BLS Certification from AHA or ARC may be required
  • Will not accept new grads or first time travelers

Qualifications

  • Experience in outpatient and post-op care
  • Strong interpersonal skills
  • Ability to adapt to new environments

Skills

  • Excellent communication and patient interaction skills
  • Proficiency in clinical decision-making
  • Knowledge of physical therapy techniques and equipment
