About the role

Join our travel Physical Therapist team where you will help patients recover from injuries and manage chronic conditions while experiencing life in a new location.

Responsibilities

  • Help patients recover from injuries and manage chronic conditions.
  • Experience working in skilled nursing facility settings preferred.
  • Candidates with prior SNF experience in post-acute care, restorative programs, or rehab team collaboration are preferred.
  • Manage caseloads, document per facility and regulatory standards, and collaborate with interdisciplinary teams.
  • Must be able to provide care in a skilled nursing facility environment and adhere to facility policies.
  • Floating to other facilities may be required per client staffing needs.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctoral degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program approved by the APTA.
  • Active Nevada state PT license required to start the assignment.
  • BLS (Basic Life Support) certification from AHA or ARC may be required.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage caseloads, document per facility and regulatory standards, and collaborate with interdisciplinary teams.
  • Client-specific requirement: must be able to provide care in a skilled nursing facility environment and adhere to facility policies.
  • Floating to other facilities may be required per client staffing needs.

Qualifications
