Requirements

• Minimum Requirements: Bachelor's, Master's or Doctoral Degree in Physical Therapy from accredited schools approved by the APTA
• Active State License is Required to Start the Assignment
• BLS Certification May Be Required from AHA or ARC
• Home health experience required
• Knowledge of state therapy laws and home health Conditions of Participation required

Assignment Details

• Shift Hours: 0800-1700
• Service area may include multiple counties within the region
