About the role

Join Jackson Therapy Partners as a traveling Physical Therapist where you’ll help patients recover from injuries and manage chronic conditions while experiencing life in a new location.

Responsibilities

  • Provide physical therapy services to patients in need
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans
  • Assess patient progress and adjust treatment plans accordingly
  • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care

Requirements

  • Bachelor's, Master's or Doctoral Degree in Physical Therapy from accredited schools approved by the APTA
  • Active State License is Required to Start the Assignment
  • BLS Certification May Be Required from AHA or ARCHome Health experience
  • EPIC experience

Qualifications

  • Experience in home health care is preferred
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Skills

  • Proficient in EPIC software
  • Excellent clinical judgment and problem-solving skills
  • Effective time management and organization skills

Schedule

Shift Hours: 0800-1700
Shift Days: Monday through Friday
No weekends or holidays
