About the role

Join a traveling Physical Therapist team in Dothan, AL, providing home health services to patients recovering from injury or managing chronic conditions.

Responsibilities

  • Perform patient evaluations
  • Develop and document a plan of care
  • Coordinate with interdisciplinary teams
  • Provide home visits across the Dothan, AL coverage area
  • Occasionally work on weekends for admissions

Requirements

  • Doctoral, Master’s, or Bachelor’s degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program approved by the APTA
  • Current Alabama Physical Therapy license required prior to start of assignment
  • Current driver’s license, vehicle insurance, and reliable means of transportation
  • CPR (BLS) certification or ability to obtain within 90 days of hire
  • Prior experience with mileage documentation and home health billing/practice guidelines (preferred)

Schedule

Monday - Friday, 08:00 - 16:00 (as listed 8am-4:30pm in client notes; follow facility schedule).
