About the role
Join Jackson Therapy Partners as a traveling Physical Therapist where you’ll help patients recover from injuries and manage chronic conditions while experiencing life in a new location.
Responsibilities
- Provide physical therapy services to patients in a rural acute hospital setting
- Utilize the Epic EMR system
- Work in units with 26 med/surg beds, 5 ICU beds, and 20 ED beds
- Collaborate with support staff including 2 PRN PTAs and a rehab tech
Requirements
- Bachelor's, Master's or Doctoral Degree in Physical Therapy from accredited schools approved by the APTA
- Active State License to Start the Assignment
- BLS Certification from AHA or ARCA
- Clinical rotation experience accepted for new graduates
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year of acute hospital clinical rotation experience preferred
- Experience with patient care in a rural setting is a plus
