Physical Therapist - Travel Contract

About the role

Join Jackson Therapy Partners as a traveling Physical Therapist where you’ll help patients recover from injuries and manage chronic conditions while experiencing life in a new location.

Responsibilities

• Provide physical therapy services to patients in a rural acute hospital setting
• Utilize the Epic EMR system
• Work in units with 26 med/surg beds, 5 ICU beds, and 20 ED beds
• Collaborate with support staff including 2 PRN PTAs and a rehab tech

Requirements

• Bachelor's, Master's or Doctoral Degree in Physical Therapy from accredited schools approved by the APTA
• Active State License to Start the Assignment
• BLS Certification from AHA or ARCA
• Clinical rotation experience accepted for new graduates

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of acute hospital clinical rotation experience preferred
• Experience with patient care in a rural setting is a plus
