Physical Therapist - Travel Contract

About the role

Join a traveling Physical Therapist role in Tacoma, WA, at a skilled nursing facility where you will help patients recover from injuries and manage chronic conditions while experiencing life in a new location.

Responsibilities

• Help patients recover from injuries and manage chronic conditions.
• Experience working in skilled nursing facility settings preferred.
• Patient documentation experience with electronic medical records preferred.
• Ability to manage caseloads that include geriatric patients and common post-acute diagnoses preferred.

Requirements

• Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctoral Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program approved by the APTA.
• Active Washington State Physical Therapy license required to start the assignment.
• BLS certification from the American Heart Association or American Red Cross may be required.

Qualifications

• Experience working in skilled nursing facility settings preferred.
