Physical Therapist - Travel Contract

Join a traveling Physical Therapist role in Aberdeen, WA, providing home health services where you will help patients recover from injuries and manage chronic conditions while experiencing life in a new location.
Responsibilities
- SOC, evaluations, return-of-care visits, recertifications, and subsequent visits.
- Dress code: Business casual.
- May be required to float within the local coverage area as needed.
Requirements
- Doctoral Degree in Physical Therapy (DPT) from an accredited program.
- Active Washington State PT license is required to start the assignment.
- CPR certification required.
- Home health experience required.
- Experience conducting SOC, evaluations, ROC, recertifications, and subsequent visits.
- Experience with HCHB EMR preferred.
- Ability to cover patients within a 50 mile radius from base location.
- Proof of eligibility to work in the U.S.
