About the role
Join as a traveling Physical Therapist in Holmdel, NJ, at a skilled nursing facility where you will help patients recover from injuries and manage chronic conditions while experiencing life in a new location.
Responsibilities
- Help patients recover from injuries and manage chronic conditions.
- Manage typical SNF caseloads and provide restorative care.
Requirements
- Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctoral Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program.
- Active New Jersey Physical Therapy license required to start the assignment.
- BLS certification from AHA or ARC may be required.
- Experience working in skilled nursing or long-term care settings preferred.
- Proficiency with common SNF documentation systems preferred.
Qualifications

Days 0830-1630. Schedule: 5x8. Assignment Length: 13 weeks.
