About the role
Join Jackson Therapy Partners as a traveling Physical Therapist where you’ll help patients recover from injuries and manage chronic conditions while experiencing life in a new location.
Responsibilities
- Help patients recover from injuries and manage chronic conditions
- Work in a skilled nursing facility setting
- Coverage needed for 5 days per week
- Manage a census of 120 beds
- Prioritize short-term rehabilitation patients
Requirements
- Bachelor's, Master's or Doctoral Degree in Physical Therapy from accredited schools approved by the APTA
- Active State License is Required to Start the Assignment
- BLS Certification May Be Required from AHA or ARC
- Skilled nursing facility experience or clinical rotation in a skilled nursing facility
Qualifications
- Skilled in managing patient recovery and chronic condition management
- Experience working in a skilled nursing facility setting
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks

- Proficient in patient assessment and treatment planning
