Physical Therapist - Travel Contract

About the role

Join Jackson Therapy Partners as a traveling Physical Therapist where you’ll help patients recover from injuries and manage chronic conditions while experiencing life in a new location.

Responsibilities

• Help patients recover from injuries and manage chronic conditions
• Work in a skilled nursing facility setting
• Coverage needed for 5 days per week
• Manage a census of 120 beds
• Prioritize short-term rehabilitation patients

Requirements

• Bachelor's, Master's or Doctoral Degree in Physical Therapy from accredited schools approved by the APTA
• Active State License is Required to Start the Assignment
• BLS Certification May Be Required from AHA or ARC
• Skilled nursing facility experience or clinical rotation in a skilled nursing facility

Qualifications

• Skilled in managing patient recovery and chronic condition management
• Experience working in a skilled nursing facility setting
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks

• Proficient in patient assessment and treatment planning
