About the role

Join a traveling Physical Therapist role in Charleston, WV, providing home health services where you will help patients recover from injuries and manage chronic conditions while experiencing life in a new location.

Responsibilities

  • Help patients recover from injuries and manage chronic conditions.
  • Perform add-on evaluations as required by the client.

Requirements

  • Doctoral, Master’s, or Bachelor’s Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program approved by the APTA.
  • Current, unrestricted WV state license or ability to obtain state licensure prior to start.
  • BLS certification from AHA or ARC may be required.
  • Experience with OASIS visits and home health documentation preferred.
  • Home health experience preferred.

Qualifications

  • Ability to perform add-on evaluations as required by the client.

Skills

  • Strong communication skills.
  • Knowledge of OASIS visits and home health documentation.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
