Physical Therapist - Travel Contract

About the role

Join a traveling Physical Therapist opportunity in Lewisburg, WV where you will help patients recover from injuries and manage chronic conditions while experiencing life in a new location.

Responsibilities

• Help patients recover from injuries and manage chronic conditions.
• Experience in Home Health settings is preferred but not required.
• Candidates without home health experience will be considered if they complete the COS-C exam course (OASIS/COS-C) prior to beginning the assignment.
• Agree to a 26-week contract.

Requirements

• Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctoral Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program approved by the APTA.
• Active WV State Physical Therapy License required to start the assignment.
• BLS Certification from AHA or ARC may be required.

Qualifications

• Submit an up-to-date resume to be considered.
• Prior experience with outcome measures and OASIS documentation in home health settings is preferred.
