Physical Therapist - Travel Contract

About the role

Join Jackson Therapy Partners as a traveling Physical Therapist where you’ll help patients recover from injuries and manage chronic conditions while experiencing life in a new location.

Responsibilities

• Treat patients in subacute, skilled nursing, or assisted living settings
• Work Monday to Friday, 8:30 AM to 5:30 PM
• Use EMR systems: UDS for acute and NetHealth for subacute
• Treat 7 hours per day as a PT, 7.5 hours per day as a PTA
• May need to co-sign for PTAs
• Fast-paced environment with two rehab techs assisting with transport

Requirements

• Bachelor's, Master's or Doctoral Degree in Physical Therapy from accredited schools approved by the APTA
• Active State License is Required to Start the Assignment
• BLS Certification May Be Required from AHA or ARC
• Experience in subacute, skilled nursing, or assisted living settings
