- Experience working in a skilled nursing facility or long-term care setting preferred.
- Demonstrated proficiency with geriatric rehabilitation, transfers, and fall prevention preferred.
- Ability to provide documentation using electronic medical records preferred.
Requirements
- Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctoral degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program recognized by the APTA.
- Active Alabama physical therapy license required to start the assignment.
- BLS certification from AHA or ARC may be required.
- Demonstrated proficiency with geriatric rehabilitation, transfers, and fall prevention preferred.
- Ability to provide documentation using electronic medical records preferred.
