About the role
Join as a traveling Physical Therapist in Council Grove, KS at a skilled nursing facility where you will help patients recover from injuries and manage chronic conditions while experiencing life in a new location.
Responsibilities
- Help patients recover from injuries and manage chronic conditions.
- Provide therapeutic interventions to promote mobility, strength, and function.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement treatment plans.
- Monitor patient progress and adjust treatments as necessary.
- Maintain accurate documentation of patient care and treatment sessions.
Requirements
- Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctoral degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program approved by the APTA.
- Active Kansas state physical therapy license required to start the assignment.
- BLS certification from AHA or ARC may be required.
Qualifications
- Strong clinical skills and knowledge of physical therapy techniques.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
