Physical Therapist - Travel Contract

About the role

Join Jackson Therapy Partners as a traveling Physical Therapist where you’ll help patients recover from injuries and manage chronic conditions while experiencing life in a new location.

Responsibilities

• Provide physical therapy services to patients in their homes and at assigned offices.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on patient needs and medical guidelines.
• Assess patient progress and adjust treatment plans accordingly.
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive patient care.
• Document patient interactions and treatment sessions accurately and timely.

Requirements

• Bachelor's, Master's or Doctoral Degree in Physical Therapy from accredited schools approved by the APTA
• Active State License is Required to Start the Assignment
• BLS Certification May Be Required from AHA or ARCCurrent CPR certification
• Reliable transportation, current driver's license, and agency-required liability insurance

• Experience in providing physical therapy services
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Full-time pay with weekly, on-time payments.

Schedule

Varying schedules to accommodate home visits and office meetings.
