Physical Therapist - Travel Contract
About the role
Join Jackson Therapy Partners as a traveling Physical Therapist where you’ll help patients recover from injuries and manage chronic conditions while experiencing life in a new location.
Responsibilities
- Provide physical therapy services to patients in need
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans
- Assess patient progress and adjust treatments accordingly
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care
Requirements
- Bachelor's, Master's or Doctoral Degree in Physical Therapy from accredited schools approved by the APTA
- Active State License is Required to Start the Assignment
- BLS Certification May Be Required from AHA or ARCM
- Maintains professional licensure in good standing and completes all state mandated continuing education requirements
Qualifications
- Experience in a clinical setting preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Skills
- Proficient in manual therapy techniques
- Knowledgeable in orthopedic and neurological rehabilitation
- Skilled in patient education and counseling
