Physical Therapist - Travel Contract

About the role

Join Jackson Therapy Partners as a traveling Physical Therapist where you’ll help patients recover from injuries and manage chronic conditions while experiencing life in a new location.

Responsibilities

• Help patients recover from injuries and manage chronic conditions
• Experience in skilled nursing facilities is required
• No call or weekend coverage required
• Floating to other facilities may be required

Requirements

• Bachelor's, Master's or Doctoral Degree in Physical Therapy from accredited schools approved by the APTA
• Active State License is Required to Start the Assignment
• BLS Certification May Be Required from AHA or ARC
• Six months of experience required

Schedule

• Monday through Friday
• Days per week: 5
• Patient volume: 8-15 per day
• No call or weekend coverage required
• Floating to other facilities may be required

• Slip Bluff County Park is about 10 miles from Lamoni and features trails, campsites, and boating access on Little River Lake.
• Nine Eagles State Park is roughly 25 miles away near Davis City and offers fishing, hiking, and cabins in a wooded setting.
• Interstate 35 runs directly by Lamoni, providing a drive of about 90 miles to Des Moines and about 100 miles to Kansas City for additional dining, entertainment, and airport access.
