About the role

Join Jackson Therapy Partners as a traveling Physical Therapist where you’ll help patients recover from injuries and manage chronic conditions while experiencing life in a new location.

Responsibilities

  • Provide physical therapy services in home health settings.
  • Document care electronically and adhere to agency dress code.
  • Manage caseloads across geographically distributed patient visits.
  • Participate in on-call rotation as the program scales.
  • Travel between patient homes across the coverage area.

Requirements

  • Master's or Doctoral Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program.
  • Bachelor’s degree acceptable if candidate meets state licensure requirements.
  • Active WV Physical Therapist license or ability to obtain WV licensure prior to start.
  • BLS certification from AHA or ARC preferred.
  • Minimum clinical experience providing home health services or outpatient/home care experience preferred.
  • Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation appropriate for home health travel within Fayette and Nicholas counties.
  • Experience managing caseloads across geographically distributed patient visits and documenting care electronically.
  • Comfort adhering to agency dress code (navy blue scrubs).

Qualifications

  • Prior experience with home health documentation systems, productivity tracking, and CLC/GL coding familiarity is preferred.
