About the role
Join Jackson Therapy Partners as a traveling Physical Therapist where you’ll help patients recover from injuries and manage chronic conditions while experiencing life in a new location.
Responsibilities
- Provide physical therapy services in home health settings.
- Document care electronically and adhere to agency dress code.
- Manage caseloads across geographically distributed patient visits.
- Participate in on-call rotation as the program scales.
- Travel between patient homes across the coverage area.
Requirements
- Master's or Doctoral Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program.
- Bachelor’s degree acceptable if candidate meets state licensure requirements.
- Active WV Physical Therapist license or ability to obtain WV licensure prior to start.
- BLS certification from AHA or ARC preferred.
- Minimum clinical experience providing home health services or outpatient/home care experience preferred.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation appropriate for home health travel within Fayette and Nicholas counties.
- Experience managing caseloads across geographically distributed patient visits and documenting care electronically.
- Comfort adhering to agency dress code (navy blue scrubs).
Qualifications
- Prior experience with home health documentation systems, productivity tracking, and CLC/GL coding familiarity is preferred.
