About the role

Join our team as a traveling Physical Therapist where you will help patients recover from injuries and manage chronic conditions while experiencing life in a new location.

Responsibilities

  • Help patients recover from injuries and manage chronic conditions.
  • Experience in skilled nursing facility (SNF) setting preferred.
  • Proficiency with common SNF documentation systems and electronic health records preferred.
  • Ability to manage caseloads that include geriatrics, post-operative care, and chronic condition management preferred.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctoral Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program approved by the APTA.
  • Active Massachusetts Physical Therapist license required prior to start of assignment.
  • BLS certification from American Heart Association or American Red Cross may be required.

Qualifications

  • Experience in skilled nursing facility (SNF) setting preferred.
