About the role

Join as a traveling Physical Therapist in Williston, SC at a skilled nursing facility where you will help patients recover from injuries and manage chronic conditions while experiencing life in a new location.

Responsibilities

• Help patients recover from injuries and manage chronic conditions.
• Experience working in skilled nursing, long-term care, or post-acute settings preferred.
• Ability to provide documentation of clinical competency and relevant patient care experience required by the client.
• Contract PT split. Clinical or administrative documentation and charting experience required.

Requirements

• Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctoral degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program approved by the APTA.
• Active South Carolina state PT license required to start the assignment.
• BLS certification from AHA or ARC may be required.
• Clinical or administrative documentation and charting experience required.
