Physical Therapist - Travel Contract
About the role
Join a traveling Physical Therapist assignment in Flora, IL at a skilled nursing facility where you will help patients recover from injuries and manage chronic conditions while experiencing life in a new location.
Responsibilities
- Help patients recover from injuries and manage chronic conditions.
- Experience working in skilled nursing or long-term care settings preferred.
- Minimum of one year of clinical experience in physical therapy preferred.
- Experience with patient documentation systems and electronic medical records preferred.
Requirements
- Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctoral degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program approved by the APTA.
- Active Illinois Physical Therapist license required to start the assignment.
- BLS certification from AHA or ARC may be required.

Schedule
Days 0830-1630. Guaranteed Hours: 35 per week.
