Physical Therapist - Travel Contract

About the role

Join as a traveling Physical Therapist where you will help patients recover from injuries and manage chronic conditions while experiencing life in a new location.

Responsibilities

• Help patients recover from injuries and manage chronic conditions.
• Experience life in a new location.
• Float to other facilities as needed, including nearby partner skilled nursing locations.

Requirements

• Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctoral Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program approved by the APTA.
• Active Alabama Physical Therapy license required to start the assignment.
• BLS certification from AHA or ARC may be required.
• Experience working in skilled nursing facility settings required.
• Ability to manage caseloads including post-acute care and geriatrics.
• Experience with common SNF documentation systems and electronic medical records preferred.
• Must be willing to float to other facilities as needed, including nearby partner skilled nursing locations.
