About the role

Join a traveling Physical Therapist role in Prattville, AL at an outpatient facility where you will help patients recover from injuries and manage chronic conditions while experiencing life in a new location.

Responsibilities

  • Help patients recover from injuries and manage chronic conditions.
  • Treat outpatient orthopedic patients.
  • Manage a daily caseload of approximately 12–14 patients with scheduled double-booking of follow-up visits.
  • Able to meet 60 visits per week.
  • Must be approved by director before working overtime.
  • Must be able to work up to 40 hours per week; 36 hours guaranteed.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's, Master's or Doctoral degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program.
  • Active Alabama state physical therapy license required to start the assignment.
  • BLS certification required from American Heart Association or American Red Cross prior to start.
  • Outpatient orthopedic experience preferred.

Qualifications

  • New graduates and first-time travel clinicians will be considered.

Schedule

Shift: Days.
Guaranteed hours: 36 hours with expectation to work up to 40 hours per week.
Productivity target: 60 visits per week; expected to see 12–14 patients per day.
