About the role
Join a travel Physical Therapist role in Cheraw, SC and provide home health therapy to patients recovering from injury or managing chronic conditions.
Responsibilities
- Provide patient evaluations, develop and implement treatment plans, and document outcomes per agency policy and state guidelines.
- Coordinate with interdisciplinary teams.
Requirements
- Associate's, Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctoral degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program.
- Current Physical Therapy licensure in South Carolina required to start the assignment.
- Current CPR certification required.
- Current driver's license, vehicle insurance, and access to a dependable vehicle or reliable public transportation for patient visits.
- Experience providing home health physical therapy preferred.

Schedule
Days 0800-1600. Weekly Hours: 40 hours per week (5x8 schedule).
