About the role
Join a traveling Physical Therapist team in Dothan, AL, providing home health services to patients recovering from injury or managing chronic conditions.
Responsibilities
- Perform patient evaluations
- Develop and document a plan of care
- Coordinate with interdisciplinary teams
- Provide home visits across the Dothan, AL coverage area
- Occasionally work weekends for admissions
Requirements
- Doctoral, Master’s, or Bachelor’s degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program approved by the APTA
- Current Alabama Physical Therapy license required prior to start of assignment
- Current driver’s license, vehicle insurance, and reliable means of transportation
- CPR (BLS) certification or ability to obtain within 90 days of hire
- Prior experience with mileage documentation and home health billing/practice guidelines (preferred)

Benefits

Pay
- Hourly rate with weekly hours of 40
Schedule
- Days shift: Monday - Friday, 08:00 - 16:00 (as listed 8am-4:30pm in client notes; follow facility schedule)
