About the role
Join a traveling Physical Therapist role in Bremerton, WA at an outpatient facility where you will help patients recover from injuries and manage chronic conditions while experiencing life in a new location.
Responsibilities
- Help patients recover from injuries and manage chronic conditions.
- Experience life in a new location.
- Outpatient orthopedic experience preferred.
- (Preferred) Must not be a PTA; position requires a licensed Physical Therapist.
- First-time travelers accepted.
- New graduates will not be considered.
- Productivity expectation: approximately 60 visits per week; typically 12–14 patients per day with double-booking of follow-up visits expected.
- OT (overtime) must be approved by the director before any OT hours are worked.
- Guaranteed hours: 36 hours per week with expectation to work up to 40 hours.
- Productivity expectation: 60 visits per week; will see about 12–14 patients per day.
Requirements
- Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctoral degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program approved by the APTA.
- Active Washington State PT license required to start the assignment.
- BLS certification from AHA or ARC may be required.
- Outpatient orthopedic experience preferred.
