About the role

Join Jackson Therapy Partners as a traveling Physical Therapist where you’ll help patients recover from injuries and manage chronic conditions while experiencing life in a new location.

Responsibilities

• Help patients recover from injuries and manage chronic conditions
• Experience in home health care is preferred
• Experience with Wellsky & Oasis EMR systems
• OASIS experience including SOC, ROC, Recert, and Discharge documentation

Requirements

• Bachelor's, Master's or Doctoral Degree in Physical Therapy from accredited schools approved by the APTA
• Active State License is Required to Start the Assignment
• BLS Certification May Be Required from AHA or ARI
• Experience with Wellsky & Oasis EMR systems
• OASIS experience including SOC, ROC, Recert, and Discharge documentation

Location

• Kitsap County, with primary coverage in North Kitsap including Poulsbo, Kingston, and Bainbridge
• Occasional county-wide coverage
• No weekend rotation
• No on-call requirements
