About the role
Join Jackson Therapy Partners as a traveling Physical Therapist where you’ll help patients recover from injuries and manage chronic conditions while experiencing life in a new location.
Responsibilities
- Help patients recover from injuries and manage chronic conditions
- Experience in home health care is preferred
- Experience with Wellsky & Oasis EMR systems
- OASIS experience including SOC, ROC, Recert, and Discharge documentation
Requirements
- Bachelor's, Master's or Doctoral Degree in Physical Therapy from accredited schools approved by the APTA
- Active State License is Required to Start the Assignment
- BLS Certification May Be Required from AHA or ARI
- Experience with Wellsky & Oasis EMR systems
- OASIS experience including SOC, ROC, Recert, and Discharge documentation

Location
- Kitsap County, with primary coverage in North Kitsap including Poulsbo, Kingston, and Bainbridge
- Occasional county-wide coverage
- No weekend rotation
- No on-call requirements
