Job Summary
Join Jackson Therapy Partners as a traveling Physical Therapist where you’ll help patients recover from injuries and manage chronic conditions while experiencing life in a new location.
About the Role
Minimum Requirements:
- Bachelor's, Master's or Doctoral Degree in Physical Therapy from accredited schools approved by the APTA
- Active State License is Required to Start the Assignment
- BLS Certification May Be Required from AHA or ARC
- Minimum one year home health experience
- HCHB documentation experience
Requirements
Assignment Details:
- Shift Hours: 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM
- Productivity Expectations: 30 points
- Mileage reimbursed between visits from first patient to last patient
