About the role
Join Jackson Therapy Partners as a traveling Physical Therapist where you’ll help patients recover from injuries and manage chronic conditions while experiencing life in a new location.
Responsibilities
- Help patients recover from injuries and manage chronic conditions.
- Work in a variety of environments, including home health settings.
- Travel within a 50-mile coverage area, with preference for willingness to travel to all service areas.
- Work evenings, shifts provided by the client, typically 2000-0400.
- Ensure compliance with OASIS and have prior home health experience.
- Willingness to work weekends and on-call is not required.
- Enjoy recreational activities such as fishing, boating, and golfing.
- Explore cultural attractions including live music venues and museums.
Requirements
- Master's or Doctoral Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program.
- Active Louisiana Physical Therapist state license required to start the assignment.
- OASIS experience required.
- Prior home health (HH) experience required.
- BLS Certification from AHA or ARC may be required.
- Willingness to travel within a 50-mile coverage area.
- Preferred: skills or attributes demonstrating comfort working across dispersed patient homes and varied environments.

Schedule
Evenings 2000-0400, Shift Schedule Provided by Client: M-F 8:00-16:30 (client-provided schedule; confirm with recruiter if different for this assignment).
