About the role
Join Jackson Therapy Partners as a traveling Physical Therapist where you’ll help patients recover from injuries and manage chronic conditions while experiencing life in a new location.
Responsibilities
- Provide physical therapy services to patients in various settings.
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on patient needs.
- Assess patient progress and adjust treatment plans accordingly.
- Collaborate with healthcare teams to ensure comprehensive patient care.
- Document patient care activities and progress in accordance with regulatory standards.
Requirements
- Bachelor's, Master's or Doctoral Degree in Physical Therapy from accredited schools approved by the APTA
- Active State License is Required to Start the Assignment
- BLS Certification May Be Required from AHA or ARI
- Home Health experience required
- OASIS experience required
- CPR certification required
Qualifications
- No on-call requirement
- Potential availability on observed holidays required
- Mileage reimbursed between visits, from first patient to last patient
- Float to other nearby agencies as needed
- Coverage area includes Malvern and Hot Springs, AR

Full-time pay, benefits, and relocation assistance in travel contracts.
Schedule
Shift hours: 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM
Shift days: Monday - Friday
