Physical Therapist - Travel Contract

About the role

Join a traveling Physical Therapist position in Bloomington, IN at a skilled nursing facility where you will help patients recover from injuries and manage chronic conditions while experiencing life in a new location.

Responsibilities

• Help patients recover from injuries and manage chronic conditions.
• Experience working in skilled nursing facility settings preferred.
• Experience with restorative nursing programs, ADL training, and fall prevention preferred.
• Demonstrated ability to document clinical progress in electronic medical records preferred.

Requirements

• Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctoral degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program approved by the APTA.
• Active Indiana state PT license required to start the assignment.
• BLS certification from AHA or ARC may be required.
