About the role

Join a travel Physical Therapist opportunity in Milford, MA providing home health care where you will help patients recover from injuries and manage chronic conditions while experiencing a new location.

Responsibilities

  • Help patients recover from injuries and manage chronic conditions.
  • Experience using electronic medical records.
  • Familiarity with Homecare Homebase preferred.
  • Able to meet productivity target of 6 points/day (30 points/week).

Requirements

  • Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctoral degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program.
  • Active MA Physical Therapist license required to start the assignment.
  • BLS certification from AHA or ARC may be required.
  • Home Health experience preferred.
  • Candidates with Hospital or SNF experience will be considered.
  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation for patient visits within a manageable territory.
