About the role
Join a travel Physical Therapist opportunity in Milford, MA providing home health care where you will help patients recover from injuries and manage chronic conditions while experiencing a new location.
Responsibilities
- Help patients recover from injuries and manage chronic conditions.
- Experience using electronic medical records.
- Familiarity with Homecare Homebase preferred.
- Able to meet productivity target of 6 points/day (30 points/week).
Requirements
- Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctoral degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program.
- Active MA Physical Therapist license required to start the assignment.
- BLS certification from AHA or ARC may be required.
- Home Health experience preferred.
- Candidates with Hospital or SNF experience will be considered.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation for patient visits within a manageable territory.
