Physical Therapist - Travel Contract
About the role
Join Jackson Therapy Partners as a traveling Physical Therapist where you’ll help patients recover from injuries and manage chronic conditions while experiencing life in a new location.
Responsibilities
- Provide physical therapy services to patients in outpatient settings.
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on patient needs.
- Assess patient progress and adjust treatment plans accordingly.
- Collaborate with other healthcare providers to ensure comprehensive patient care.
Requirements
- Bachelor's, Master's or Doctoral Degree in Physical Therapy from accredited schools approved by the APTA
- Active State License is Required to Start the Assignment
- BLS Certification May Be Required from AHA or ARC
- At least 3 months of outpatient experience or 1 year of Physical Therapy experience in other settings
- New graduates are not accepted
Assignment Details
- Hours: 8:00am - 6:30pm
- Days: Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday, Friday
- Schedule may be 4x10s
- Must be open to 2 evenings per week until 7:30pm
- EMR: Raintree HealthStream Modules are required as part of pre-placement requirements
