Responsibilities
- Help patients recover from injuries and manage chronic conditions.
- Experience working in a skilled nursing facility required.
- Experience managing adult and geriatric caseloads preferred.
- Demonstrated ability to document per facility and state requirements.
- Current immunizations and health screening per facility policy required.
Requirements
- Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctoral degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program.
- Active New Jersey PT license required to start the assignment.
- BLS certification from AHA or ARC may be required.
Qualifications

Days 0830-1630. Schedule: 5x8. Floating assignments may apply.
