About the role

Join our team as a traveling Physical Therapist in Kingwood, WV, providing home health care to patients recovering from injury or managing chronic conditions.

Responsibilities

• Provide patient care in home settings.
• Manage chronic conditions and assist with recovery from injury.
• Utilize HCHB EMR as needed.
• May require BLS certification from AHA or ARC.

Requirements

• Doctoral, Master’s, or Bachelor’s Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program approved by the APTA.
• Active West Virginia Physical Therapist license required prior to start.
• Home health experience required.
• Experience providing patient care in home settings preferred.
• Familiarity with HCHB EMR preferred.
• BLS certification from AHA or ARC may be required.

Schedule

Facility type: Home Health.
Shift name: Days.
Shift details: Monday–Friday, 0800–1600 (5x8).
Weekly guaranteed hours: 40.
Productivity expectation: 30 points per week.
Coverage area: Kingwood, WV and surrounding two counties.
Mileage reimbursed between visits from first patient to last patient.
On-call/weekend requirement: No.
