About the role

Join a travel Physical Therapist assignment in Holmdel, NJ at an outpatient facility providing skilled care to an adult and geriatric mixed outpatient caseload focused on ortho and spine conditions, working with commercial insurance and private pay patients.

Responsibilities

  • Provide evidence-based interventions for orthopedic and spine conditions.
  • Collaborate with a multidisciplinary outpatient team to optimize functional outcomes and patient satisfaction.
  • Contribute to continuity of care for adult and geriatric patients in a community-based setting.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s, Master’s, or Doctoral degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program approved by the APTA.
  • Active New Jersey PT state license required to start the assignment.
  • BLS certification from AHA or ARC may be required.
  • Experience in outpatient settings preferred.
  • Comfortable treating a mixed outpatient caseload: ortho and spine, primarily adult and geriatric patients.
  • Experience working with commercial insurance and private pay patients preferred.
  • Experience with ECW (eClinicalWorks) EMR preferred.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Prior experience collaborating with multidisciplinary teams including OT, acupuncture, and chiropractic providers.
  • Experience in high-volume outpatient clinics.
